Application for Booth Space
2008 Taiwan International Robot Exhibition
Online Application will be available from Sep. 03, 2007
1. Applicants must read and comply with the Terms and Regulations for Participation.
2. APPLICANTS SHOULD MAKE A COPY FOR THEIR OWN RECORDS.
3. Payment
◆A US$500 down payment per booth together with the List of Exhibits, the company profile or 2 copies of the product catalogues should be sent to the organizer (TAITRA) before Jan. 15, 2008 (Down payment will be refunded if no exhibition space is available when your application is received).
◆After booth allocation, the organizer will notify applicants of their booth number, booth location, and balance due.
◆Application will not be processed without full payment. All payment should be made by telegraphic transfer to the "Taiwan External Trade Development Council", Account Number 085-007000016 at the Bank of Taiwan, Taipei World Trade Center Branch, Swift ID: BKTWTWTP085. Please state clearly that the telegraphic transfer is for “ROBOT TAIWAN 2008”. All banking charges, if any, are to be borne by the applicant.
◆In case of cancellation, down payment and space rental fees already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
